Product looks and performs great in the driveway. I like the stability and ease of adjustment. The only thing that happened during installation was that the clear plastic height measurement piece broke.

Super easy to install... no need for an expensive contractor - just dig the hole and follow the instructions, took 2 weekends to get everything installed.

Really nice product. Excellent quality. Expensive to install, but well done. The pad that wraps the pole does not fit as well as I would have expected.

This system far exceeds our previous basketball standard. It is well constructed and easy to adjust. Has been a great addition to our backyard for recreational purposes with our entire extended family.

We wanted an adjustable and long lasting goal. It is great for adult play and it adjusts low enough for our 3 year old to use. It does take quite a few cranks to get it all the way down but it is easy to do. My husband and I were able to assemble by ourselves. The backboard was very heavy so I would recommend having a third person help attach that. So far we are very pleased with it!

The product is great. My ball was punctured in transport by the needle from the pump they sent. Called customer service and they sent a new one right out.

I wanted a quality basket that would be very similar to what you'd find in a real basketball gym, so it would be helpful for my 12-year old son to practice on it. I also wanted it to be easy to adjust so smaller kids could use it easily. Lastly, I wanted something that should last. So far, the basket seems to be everything I wanted and it was not really difficult to install - the instructions were well done.

We are a basketball family. My wife and myself both played highschool ball so when it came time to get a court in driveway for our two young boys it had to be suitable everyone. I did about a month of homework on the internet shopping for the right one. When i came to Pro Dunk it was an easy descision. The court is way better than I ever thought and i could not be happier with it. It by far exceeds the the sporting goods stores better models with ease. It was easy to install (did it myself) and everything is super solid and makes you feel like your playing at the local rec center or high school. I tell everyone about it and am always showing pics of it. Thanks Pro Dunk Hoops!!!

This is a great hoop ! Kids love it, and so do I. It was easy to install with the help of a couple people to line up the backboard. It is worth the money without a doubt. If there is one hoop I'd recommend buying, it's this one. It's perfect for back yard play. We've had it for 6 months now and I am very pleased. Good luck, and have fun.

This is a great family hoop that is care free. It is not going over in a storm, since it is cemented in, it is very easy to adjust for all ages, and it is solid. No question the best toy/sporting purchase we have ever made. We hired our landscaper to install as it is heavy etc.. but it can be done if you have the time and or desire to do so.

ben the athleteames Me and wife poured the concrete one weekend. (Make sure you buy enough bags) Next weekend father was in town an D us three completed install in 2 hours. Instructions not clear on some items so plan! this is great to have at home for practice. my 6 and 8 year old can lower and raise it with no problem. They love to play and hang on the rim. I got the silver and it works for my 20 x 24 backyard court. I spent weeks researching and this was the best deal for the money. I was not willing to spend 2500 on other brands. We love to play in winter here in colorado.

This is a well designed and well made product. Shipped promptly and in perfect condition. It is stable, with a solid feel and sound when playing. Adjustment is easy and smooth (a fairly fine ratio on the crank handle so it takes about 20 turns/foot of height change on my system). I can take it from 10' to 7' in less than a minute. Did the entire installation myself except for hanging the backboard. (That step definitely requires 3 people, but took only a couple minutes.) Digging the hole, mixing and setting the concrete is the hardest part. I've had it up for several months and only have a tiny amount of rust appearing around one bolt on the backboard. I'd buy it again and am happy with the decision.

Excellent design, nice quality and straightforward installation. The continous improvement of the product, price and customer service is simple, yet brilliant. The system is primarily used for practice by a high school basketball player. I installed myself and the toughest part was digging the hole by hand as I live in an area with a deep frost line and a rocky, clay soil. No issues to date.

COULD'NT BE HAPPER WITH THIS PRODUCT. HAS EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. IT IS A GREAT LOOKING UNIT WHEN INSTALLED. WAS NOT DIFFICULT TO INSTALL. I HAD MY FRAMING CARPENTERS INSTALL THE GOAL AND THEY HAD NO DIFFICULTY INSTALLING IT.

The only suggestion I have is that I find the height indicator a little "noisy" (rattles, as it is just hanging there loosely). Perhaps a little product improvement in that area could be beneficial. That's not a big deal, but is the only thing negative I can think of. Other then that, everything's perfect.

My ten year old son is outside everyday regardless of the weather. He can't get enough of our Pro Dunk. The materials are very strong and I never worry about him being too aggressive or getting hurt. He loves the ability to spend different amounts of time practicing at various height settings and the adjusting is a snap and again very safe. It looks as if we will have this goal long after he goes to college. It seems to being weathering it's first New York winter very well. I think the non corrosion upgrade was well worth the extra cost.

This hoop is great. The build quality and stability are superb and the price is very competitive. My kids love to lower it down and dunk. My only gripe is that the hoop came with a minimum height support bar that if installed stops the hoop at 6 or 7 feet and won't let it drop all the way to the advertised 5 1/2 feet. I have pulled it out so the kids can get it all the way down, but now it doesn't have a hard stop to protect the crank at its weak point of fully extended. The crank seems stout, so I'm not too worried, but why install the support bar if it won't support the hoop at its lowest setting? Just seemed a little weird.

MANUFACTURER RESPONSE:
We understand the confusion. The safety bar should stop the system at approximately 7 feet and is optional. It is for parents who do not want to allow their children to lower the system below 7 feet. The basketball goal is designed to handle any play even at lower heights so please do not be concerned about dropping it below 7 feet. The actuator has a stop on it so you will not go too far even without the safety bar in.
