My family and friends all love the platinum version that we purchased. Do it yourself setup did take some sweat but it was well worth it when I see my son's game improving daily. The 4 ft overhang is awesome and the quality of materials was as advertised. Love the rebound off the backboard, just like in the gym. The raising and lowering of the hoop does take some time, but it's easy enough for my young son to do. I would definitely recommend this product if you are in the market for a top of the line hoop system.

Pro Dunk Platinum is of very high quality. Backboard is extremely clear, supports and pole of very high grade steel, basket does not move at all when ball hits it. Overall, its a gorgeous set up that is haed and shoulders above all the store bought systems in my neighborhood. Could not be happier with it.

We use the basketball system everyday for competitive play. The only disappointment is the crank that is needed to bring the backboard up and down. It takes a Long time:(

This setup is very high quality. The instructions could be a tad better, but overall, you won't find a better product, not even taking into consideration the price. Very heavy duty construction. The hardest part to put on was the backboard. You'd better have 3 strong guys when you attach it.

We put the goal in our parking area for our Lake House. We have only had it for a short time and have used it repeatedly for family pickup games that included 5 on 5 two hour games!! Lot of enjoyment by all. Solid!!

This system is great. The biggest challenge was digging the hole. Once we ordered the system we allowed 3 days to dig and it was very necessary. We did full scale the hole was 4 feet deep and 2 x 2 feet in width and depth. We used standard quikrete and used 26 80# bags. We were a little over because our hole was big and we bellowed it out towards the bottom (about 2-3" on each side). I am glad we did the extra work because we get a lot of wind in Oklahoma. This system has already stood up to 70+ MPH wind and did just fine. This system is a lot of fun and we use it about 5 days a week. We have small children so it is very convenient that this system lowers down to about 5'. Lots of fun ahead and many days basketball ahead.

We use this system to practice shooting all the time and 3 on 3 games. I love the quality of this product. Far superior than what's being sold at other famous retailers. The tough part is you will need to spend additional cash on installation. It's too heavy of a system to do it yourself. I recommend to go with a reputable installer.

This really is a great product, I have no complaints, the 72 inch backboard is very heavy but thankfully I had a forklift to help out the job. I would recommend you buy the cement premixed from a local cement place (most will let you use a portable mixer and you can just dump it in the hole) it worked out great for us. We really enjoy this with family and friends and is a great form of exercise.

My two sons ages 12 and 15 love this new hoop. I can't imagine ever having to replace it. It's the most solid, sturdy piece of hardware we own! You know boys - they are rough with things and have friends that are rough as well. We have neighbor kids that are 250+ pounds that have hung on this rim repeatedly and it doesn't even budge. Don't do like I did and get a Goalrilla thinking you'll save some money. You won't. Ours ended up literally bending and not five years into the hoop we had to replace it. After doing extensive research online I went with the Pro-Dunk. They have great people they recommend for installation and answered any question I had right away. Top notch service!

Our kids love the new hoop! Was easy to install with a little help form a muscular friend or two. The height adjuster is a little hard to crank for the kids. Other than that we love it!

We put two goals to use at our church camp and they got a huge amount of use all summer long. Lots of knockout, pickup games, tournaments, and dunk contests. We love how easy they were to assemble, and how durable they are. We look forward to having these goals for many years with tons of use. Incredible value for the money we spent. Really proud of the way they look when people drive into our camp

This is a top of the line hoop system. Priced well....all competitors seem to be way more expensive. This is a sturdy unit that I expect to hold up over time. My installer, Anthony, was also great.

When part of the family took off for a quick camp trip to the beach, we left my 16 year old son home because he had to work. His grandpa lives here also. When we returned, we had two neighbors inform us of some late night activity. It seems that 8 teenagers were up hooping at 2 AM. We all decided that if this is the worst problem we have to deal with, then we should consider ourselves lucky!

We use it for practice and weekend games. The way you can adjust up and down with ease. The stiff backboard for ball response. Thw steardy rim for dunking. There are no bad or not so great things about it

The whole family of five plays on the goal. Kids are 4,6,9. I love how easy it is to adjust up and down so we can accommodate everyone. I installed the goal myself and I am not particularly handy but the directions and video on their website was all I needed. If you do install yourself you only need about half the number of concrete bags they recommend. The backboard is very heavy. It took three guys to lift in place and my wife to put the pins in. The neighbor kids are young but in a couple of years I bet they will be over all the time and that is fine with me. The goal is very stable and can easily handle dunking. This costs more than entry level goals but drive around town and you see what happens if you go cheap. For the money this is a much better goal than what was in town. Step up and buy this goal you won't be disappointed.

We were really looking forward to having a basketball hoop we could adjust easily and this has proven itself to be. Our five and seven year old adjust it without problems. We also love the dunking factor. Grown men can hang and have fun playing like they did back in the day. Setting up the post and arms was pretty easy. It was just my husband and I. Then when it was time to put on the backboard, we had a friend come over. It took two men to hold the backboard, I was the third person and my job was to set the pins. Here is a tip: Hold the backboard parallel to the ground when setting the first lower pin, then raise it to its perpendicular state for the second upper pin. Trust me... we tried to manuever this many ways and this was by far the simplest and most uncomplicated approach. Don't hesitate to purchase this product. We love it.

I have 5 boys and they use it every day for fun. the older ones practice for their select teams. it has a true feel so practicing on it is like playing in a high school gym where most of their games.take place. Feel, bounce and everything matches what they need. Love how it raises and lowers and that my oldest and my youngest can quickly both enjoy it.

When lowering the system the other day I noticed the piston is either rusting or wearing for some reason. We have not adjusted the system too much, Other than that the system has been flawless. Easy to set up. Great to use. I oiled the piston again the other day to lubricate it and keep it from rusting further. Any suggestions would be great.

We are a family of five so having the ability to adjust the height of the goal is great. We chose this goal because our oldest child plays high school basketball and after reading the product description we knew the Pro Dunk was the right goal for our family. The guys had the goal setup and installed in no time. We haven't had any problems or issues with the goal.

My son is 7 and can easily adjust the height. He plays daily and spends most of the time hanging on the rim. Haven't had any issues, and don't expect to. This is a very high quality product. Definitely recommend going with the rust armor protection. We installed the system ourselves, and by far the most difficult part was digging the hole and mixing the concrete.

I bought the platinum and installed it myself. I had never even poured concrete before so I was a bit nervous about it. I called Ryan & Keith multiple times and they were both equally eager to help and provide advice. I was very happy with the service, and the product is is the best quality. If you go to a big box store like Dicks or Walmart, you will pay almost as much and the quality will be nowhere close tho this product. I am very happy with my purchase and would recomend produnkhoops to anyone who cares about their basketball court.

We are very pleased with our Pro Dunks basketball goal. We installed this goal at our neighborhood basketball court and have wide variety of users from small children (age 3 1/2) to former Division 1 collegiate players. My 5 year old grandson can adjust the goal lower, but needs a little help raising it. The goal is very sturdy, the backboard is solid and has withstood some huge dunks (when set at 8 ft LOL). I strongly encourage everyone to have the goal professionally installed. Stephen Green, owner of Assembly Masters (green118@cox.net) from Tulsa installed our goal and did a great job. You should also purchase the optional Rust Armor for $149, unless you live in a desert with no humidity.

My son is a freshman in high school and this is the closest feel they could get to practicing at the school. It has been an awesome investment. I only wish I had done it 2 years ago. It is very easy to adjust simply crank the handle it allows for locking of they system which is great as well for when you are out of town. It is heavy duty and the best rim I have played on outside of indoor Gym's. I have nothing bad to say about the hoop. It was shipped on time and I could not be happier and no I am not an employee or anyone paid by the company this is just an amazing product. My cousin has another brand that starts with a "G" and he saw ours and was amazed. He was actually wowed he said is the the same rim as the schools use I told him Yes and it costs less than you probably paid. I would recommend having it installed it cost me 500 but it is level, parallel to my concrete 10ft on the nose it is the way to go.

My sons use it to practice their shooting without having to go to the gym. It is much sturdier than our previous system. Gives a real gym/institutional feel in your backyard. Bank shots are true due to the glass backboards. The muscle memory you create at home will translate to games in the gym. I'm not sure the rim height scale is accurate except for the 10 feet mark (It could be calibrated easily if accurate height was essential).

We bought this product because we have two boys that are very talented. They will be a competitive force on their school teams as well as their AAU club teams. In doing our research we were told to buy the largest goal we could afford. It is well worth the money and will be great for their training and practice. Also, the ordering and customer service were great and the company that did the install was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job.
