Medium for self install. I rented auger and cement mixer. Made things go faster. Get a couple of friends to help get the backboard on. Family has had lots of fun with it.

The solid backboard is great! Surprisingly, the rim is almost too stiff (which is way better than too flimsy). I think that as we play more and more it'll loosen up. I guess we just need to dunk more.

The Pro Dunk Gold system is the perfect fit for our family. I'm into quality materials and this product certainly delivers. My family uses the hoop weekly for fun and practice. We have children from 8 to 15 and it easily adjusts to each players level.

We have three small kids and they all love the ease of adjusting the height of the basketball hoop to their level. Simply, a GREAT quality product and would recommend this product to anyone!

Great product overall - highly durable post, rim, and board. My kids play competitively and needed a hoop that was similar to competition level hoops at schools. Their shooting and rebounding have improved because of the high level of responsiveness the hoop gives similar to that of a high school gym hoop. They also can adjust it and dunk for fun with all the neighborhood kids - our house is now pick up game central. It holds up well under constant play and is strong enough for dunking even when bigger high school kids are playing on it.

I have a young son who will get years of use from this set up. I can adjust the height to challenge him as he is too young to shoot on a 10 foot hoop. Every year I can raise it up as he grows and improves. It's also fun for the dads to lower it for neighborhood dunk contest. You can either buy a cheap hoop and replace it in a couple of years, or buy a hoop that will meet all your needs today and in the future.

I did a lot of research and I concluded on Pro Dunk. I wanted something that was safe for the kids to abuse, e.g., hang on, etc... I also wanted something that looked nice and would last. I was pleasantly surprised that the product lived up to the reviews and positive comments. That is why I decided to give them a review myself. Great product.

We have the hoop set up with all the paint, so our court is great for my son and his friends and teammates to shoot around / practice. It is easy to get a good pick up game with a court and backboard that make people want to play. Our whole family has significantly increased our court time with the addition.

From the moment you open the boxes you realize the product is very impressive. Just the consideration and engineering that goes into packaging should tell you all you need to know about the overall quality of the product. If they would take that much time and effort on packaging, just think what they do with the product itself. We have had the product since Christmas and so far I am very impressed with it. Extremely easy to adjust up and down, and has a safety if you the adult don't want it adjusted up and down. Very impressed with the overall quality of the parts and equipment. Overall the instructions to put up are great. Occasionally you run into a question that you can't figure out from the book alone, but you will be able to see something in one of the videos to provide you guidance how to do it. Easily put it up by myself. If you can dig a hole, mix concrete, and turn a wrench you can put this up by yourself with little help.

This hoop is the real deal. Great customer service and installation. My kids love the goal and we look forward to years of fun. My children are ages 9-15. I cannot say enough as to how wonderful the experience with Pro-Dunk was...

Love the hoop! My kids were so excited to get this for Christmas. Delivery sucked tho...had to drive an hour to pick it up from shipping company...not happy about that.

Installed this Pro Dunk Gold hoop at work in our parking lot to be used by employees. They love it, saying its just like at the gym. Set up was not as bad as I expected, went smoothly with help from employees. Great Goal!

This goal is great!! We have 3 daughters 13, 9 and 6 and this goal works perfectly for all of them. They can adjust it very easily by themselves. Its only been in the ground for 2 days and they have been playing with it non stop. We opted for the professional installation as recommended by PDH and Paul was great also.
