Pro Dunk Hoops has the best customer service in the business. LLoyd and his team were able to help us thru each step of the process. It has certainly been our best investment for 2017. The kids enjoy the goal and I appreciate it's excellent construction and durability. We had a small problem with the adjustment height apparatus and they were able to send a replacement within 24 hrs. I appreciate all that they have done for our family to make this experience so positive.

No doubt the best goal I could have bought. The quality of this product is second to none and the customer service was fantastic. I would recommend this product to anyone and after only two days after installation I have had neighbors commenting on how well made it is. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Installation was pretty easy for us. I backed into and bent the post on our old cheap driveway hoop. I will wreck my truck if I back into this one. It's built like a tank with a 12" x 8" heavy steel post... wow! It''s more ruggedly built than similar priced competitors hoop systems. I anticipate it will be used by any future grandchildren I might have 25 years in the future.

Pretty basic set up but be prepared for the heavy parts. Seems very sturdy. Very happy so far.

Wonderful hoop, easy to understand setup and install. Everything is shipped, grouped and labeled very well and well organized. The hardest part of install is how heavy everything is and digging the hole. Our hoop survived our first wind storm no problems (I live in the flat country with no trees or wind block)

You can do all the research you want, and eventually you’ll come to the conclusion that pro dunk hoops diamond is second to nothing on the market! It’s more rigid and able to take guaranteed abuse and I couldn’t find another goal that had a 5 foot overhang! Customer service is excellent and I received a goal within just a couple of days perfect service thank you.

Very, very well made. Had a problem with delivery company smashing one part and pro-dunk had the new part on it's way before I could even call them! Item shipped VERY quickly. Husband put together, took a little bit of time, but nothing he couldn't figure out - we did need several men to help lift all of the parts into place. 100% feels like a professional goal. You won't find the quality of the Pro Dunk Diamond for this competitive of a price (and their great service) anywhere else. Happy with our purchase!

The design exceeds our expectation, from hoop height adjustments, pole to backboard setback and overall rigidity, accommodating all skill level of play. We see it building my young grandchildrens confidence and skills which over time will raise the rim to 10'.

Great system! Seriously heavy duty, which is exactly what I wanted for my boys. Even though its super heavy duty, my 7 yr-old can raise and lower the backboard easily. First thing we did was dunk and snap the rim - so glad I bought high quality system. Works like a champ. Pros: Pretty straightforward setup, heavy duty system you can play hard on and performs great, easy to crank up/down for everyone in the family to use, looks like a professional setup. Cons: The instruction manual had mm size measurements for the nuts and bolts that were way too small/wrong. Luckily, the packaging had great layout forms that had each bolt/nut combo identified so you knew what went were, ignoring the measurements in the instruction book.

I could write a full page on how awesome these folks were and how amazing this basketball goal is but you'd figure I was related to them! Seriously, this is the best basketball goal on the market. I built a half court at my previous home and bought a goal from First Team. I had no problem whatsoever with that goal. It was very nice. I was actually going to order another one from them but when I saw this one and how massive it is(which may be overkill!) and that it was actually $800.00 cheaper than the goal I was going to order from First Team, I definitely went with Pro Dunk Hoops. The owner will give you the shirt off his back! He's very passionate about his business and his products.

This is the best company! It was quickly installed and looks so professional. I was against basketball goals in driveways, but if you’re going to get one this is it! People stop on the street to ask us where we ordered ours from.

My kids and thier friends love it, they can easily shoot regulations height or adjust it easily enough to have a slame dunck compitision. Thank you you for a great product

We've had our hoop for about 2 months and we couldn't be happier. It's incredibly easy to adjust and its very sturdy regardless of elevation. My 3yr old son has no problems adjusting the hoop to his needs. This hoop is definitely 100x better than a BigBox brand

My son likes the easy lowering of goal so he can dunk it. Also it’s a solid well made goal that’s going last lifetime. Wish I would have purchased it sooner

If you want the “Best”, this is it! Worth every penny if you are even a casual basketball player. I am very, very happy with this product. It is well engineered and extremely strong. I won’t guarantee your shot will go in the hoop but I will guarantee that it sure makes the “swish” look good when you do make it. Lol My recommendation is 5 Stars plus

I thoroughly researched all brands and decided on the Pro Dunk Diamond. It is extremely well built and very sturdy. It’s one of the more expensive goals, but you get what you pay for. I am so happy I did not go with a store bought goal. I saw an online comparison from a rival company trying to sway buyers to their goals and simply found their claims untrue and trivial. Do it once, do it right, go with Pro Dunk.

This is a very sturdy and strong basketball hoop. The material is grade A and all parts are top notch. Very easy to assemble and instructions are step by step. All my kiddos and friends love playing on the Pro Diamond. This basketball hooo will last forever and will have many many years have court time.

Great product. Easy directions for set-up. Very heavy but sturdy. My 4 year old daughter was using it at the 6 ft height. Great for all ages. Years of fun to come.
